Driving Desire
This series deconstructs the omnipresent Los Angeles freeway system into its component parts, the built environment and the drivers that inhabit it. These images examine the freeway as monument, employing the structure of formal black and white landscape photography. 

Borderland
Borderland examines the US-Mexican border and how its existence influences the cultural and physical landscape. This work deconstructs the composition of border communities and their relationship to current issues intertwined with the residue of history. I seek the vernacular America, a place that reveals the collective longing for home and cultural identity.

Subconscious City
I have stalked the city capturing the interplay of light, shadow and the anonymous, the complex fusion of commerce, alienation, association, desolation, anxiety and vulnerability all coexisting effortlessly in perfect synchronicity.

These photographs form a narrative about identities, true and false, created to pursue the most basic of needs, those of love and intimacy.
